Dean joined Capax RM in 2016 as a graduate from Liverpool John Moore's university with a Masters in Sport and Exercise Physiology. He started out on the Microsoft Dynamics team and quickly made his mark. From there he went on to start the NetSuite team which is now the second biggest provider of NetSuite professionals in North America.
